Name the structure honestly
If you use omnibus wallets with internal sub-ledgers, say so. Pretending every client has an on-chain vault when they do not is a fast way to lose credibility in digital asset control audits for fintech.
Reconcile on a fixed cadence
Daily or intraday — pick one and show samples. Document who signs the break report and how long breaks may remain open.
Write the break narrative
A break without a sentence explaining cause and status is just a red number. Reviewers read the sentence first.
Connect segregation to freeze paths
Segregation claims collapse if you cannot pause outflow for a flagged client without stopping the entire omnibus. Show the control that makes selective action possible — or list it as a gap.
