Treat the day like a timed procedure, not a conversation that will “find its rhythm.”
T-24 hours
Freeze the pack version. Send the agenda with narrator name, backup, and the sample period. Confirm screen-share permissions and that exports open without VPN surprises.
T-60 minutes
Open the evidence map, the rota, and one withdrawal sample. Close chat tools that ping during silence. Agree on a hand signal if the backup should jump in.
During
Lead with the map. When interrupted, repeat the question, answer in two sentences, then offer the artifact. If you do not know, say you will retrieve the owner — never invent one.
After
