Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to confirmed paid seats for public cohorts and privately scheduled packages. Complimentary seats and preview materials are not eligible.

Timeframe for full refund

You may request a full refund up to 14 days after payment and no later than 7 days before the cohort start date, whichever comes first.

Partial refunds

If you withdraw after the cohort starts but before completing module three of Fintech Asset Control Audit, we may offer a 40% partial refund at our discretion, less any issued certificates or private rehearsal hours already delivered.

Non-refundable items

Completed private walkthrough rehearsals, custom curriculum drafting already delivered, and third-party exam fees (if any are arranged separately) are non-refundable.

Cancellation by Rapidwebapi

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of fees paid for that cohort.

Email contact@rapidwebapi.digital with your full name, invoice number, course name, and reason. You may also call +82-2-322-4190.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days to the original payment method where possible. Bank transfers may require additional account details for Korea-based payers.

Exceptions

Statutory rights that cannot be waived under Korean law remain available. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may delay resolution of parallel refund requests.
